Happy Hippy was the shot just taken by chance or was it staged?

It wasn't staged. It was a spontaneous trip and therefore spontaneous images. We had the wings in the trunk of the car and just put them on in different locations, etc. I just told Nicola to walk while I was filming it - and there was an old boat which she went into of her own accord. I just took a still shot at that moment.
