3 - 5 working days ...

Yesterday morning my phone was working as normal. I went out and got back home after midday and it was completely dead. This is inconvenient not only because of not being able to make/receive phonecalls, but also the DSL connection is affected.

I called TSTT via my cellular and was given the usual mantra about someone coming to do repairs in '3 - 5 working days'. The last time I had phone-related problems it was more like 3 - 5 working weeks before anyone solved the issue. I thought to myself that if they had 'competition', repairs would happen in 3 - 5 hours ... maybe even minutes?
